With Paragon VMI solutions, material is located, in a 'machine ready' format, ‘line side,’ at customers’ premises enabling tracking of material usage on a product or BOM basis rather than on an individual component basis. The material is fully managed and replenished by Paragon and the system has been proven to vastly reduce the administrative burden on the shop floor as well as simplifying the invoicing process.
